Systems Analyst
Development Life Cycle Focus
Knowledge of the investment industry, with Real Estate Equity,
Mortgage or Fixed Income knowledge required.
3-5 years IT experience in systems development life cycle emphasizing
design, testing and development. Any combination of the following:
Lotus Notes: 2 years experience. SQL/VB/ASP/: 1-3 years experience
each application. Experience with SQL Server 7.0/2000. Familiarity
with Cognos PowerPlay, Actuate Reporting tools and experience
designing/supporting data warehouse solutions and/or financial
applications.
